This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the Privacy Policy) provides information on how MG grupė, UAB (hereinafter the Company) collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by visitors of this website, persons submitting applications to the Company, and other entities (hereinafter You).

The terms used in the Privacy Policy shall be understood as they are defined in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Full name, telephone number, e-mail address, content of application, request, inquiry or complaint (event, its circumstances, customer’s request, other information), other accompanying documents or data. The application for project funding also includes data: date of birth, address of residence, bank account number, date of application, information on the project for which funding is requested (persons involved in project, contact person of legal entity, information on the project and how the funding was used), position of representative and information on the legal entity, if an application is submitted by a legal entity.

1.2 Processing of personal data when concluding and performing contracts with customers, business partners, and for accounting purposes

Full name, position of representative, e-mail address and (or) telephone number, date of birth or personal identification number, other personal data provided in the contract or report on the implementation of the funded application, which must be processed during the performance of the contract or in order to insure compliance with legal obligations.

1.3 Processing of personal data of the management bodies and their members for the purposes of internal administration

Full name, personal identification number, date of birth, address of place of residence and other personal data which must be processed for the purposes of internal administration.

2. HOW LONG DO WE STORE PERSONAL DATA?

The Company shall store your personal data for no longer than required for the purposes of data processing or provided for in legal acts or until the expiry of limitation period for the establishment or defence of legal claims. Personal data submitted in the application for project funding shall be processed for 3 months from the end of the implementation of the approved projects and submission of the report.

3. TO WHOM DO WE TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data may be provided to state and municipal institutions and other persons performing the functions assigned to them by law, if such a duty is provided for in legislation. We shall transfer your personal data upon their request or for the purpose of our legitimate interest in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. We may also transfer your personal data to other service providers, for example, providers of website hosting services, providers of server and server maintenance services, providers of e-mail services, and providers of data protection officer services. 

4. WHAT RIGHTS DO THE DATA SUBJECTS HAVE AND HOW CAN THEY EXERCISE THEM?

You shall have the right to access your personal data and get information on how such data are processed, the right to obtain rectification, supplementation or destruction of the submitted personal data, as well as the right to suspend the processing of your data (withdraw your consent). You shall also have the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (contact information available on the website at: https://vdai.lrv.lt) and object to the processing of submitted personal data. 5. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

 We reserve the right to amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Information about amendments or additions to the provisions of this Privacy Policy will be posted on this website.
